Your satisfaction is important to us, so if for any reason our phones or services do not meet your needs, simply call us and we will arrange for a hassle free return of the phones at no additional cost to you, reverse all charges and cancel your contract with Rogers wireless.

In order for us to complete a return, the following criteria must be met.

1. You must call us within the first 15 days of receiving the phones
2. The total talk time on your phone must be less than 30 minutes
3. The phone box with all accessories and manuals must be included in the return package
4. There must be no physical or water damage on the phones

We understand that when shopping online you want the best possible deal. We guarantee the lowest phone prices on the Rogers Wireless network when you shop online for a 3 year term.

SHIPPING GUARANTEE

Once you have decided to order a phone, you are probably excited to get it as soon as possible. That is why all our orders are shipped via Canada Post Express Post. You can expect to receive your order at your doorstep within 2 business days after you recieve our shipment confirmation e-mail. For some rural areas please allow up to 3 business days for delivery.

Orders recieved before 5:00 PM EST (2:00 PM PST) Monday to Friday will be processed and shipped on the same business day and an e-mail will be sent to you confirming your shipment tracking details.

Orders received after 5:00 PM EST (2:00 PM PST) Monday to Friday will be processed on the next business day.

Your shipment confirmation e-mail will contain a Tracking Number which will allow you to track the progress of your package with Canada Post.
